Dings Kartonnages is a family business. Continuity and building long-term relationships are deeply rooted in our organization’s culture. For example, we devote attention to our employees, customers and suppliers. A no-nonsense mentality, honest conversations and social commitment are the core values that, when Dings was founded in 1962, were already a high priority. More than 60 years later, that hasn’t changed.
We are a member of MVO Nederland (CSR Netherlands), which means we are regularly informed about new social developments relating to sustainability, working conditions or technology. By affiliating ourselves with Groene Groeiers and the Healthy Printing Initiative (HPI), we are strengthening our ambitions concerning a circular economy, the energy transition and a greener society.
Dings Kartonnages is open to everyone
The corporate social responsibility of a business does not end with the climate. We also believe it is important to do our part at a social level. More than 10% of our employees are disadvantaged within the labor market. We see it as our duty to offer them permanent, paid work. In addition, we offer people living with a disability a useful way of spending their day, in collaboration with the PSW disability service. This is how we ensure ethical business practices, but especially, happy faces.
