We have been in the possession of the BRC-certificate since 2007 and we guarantee that the quality and food safety of the packaging produced by us meets the most stringent requirements.
The BRC/IoP certification has been developed by the British Retail Consortium and is aimed at food safety standards, just like the GMP FEFCO standard. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) directives are applicable for this purpose. These directives have been established specifically for the production of packaging for the food industry.
The international, independent FSC approval ensures that raw materials for wood and paper products come from responsibly managed forests, focussed on people and animals that depend on the forest. All large environmental and development organisations recommend FSC. Cardboard that is made of wood from an FSC certified forest can be recognised by its FSC label. In order to be certain that the cardboard with this quality mark truly comes from a responsibly managed forest, all links in the chain must be certified.
Our certificate guarantees that we comply with all FSC rules. If necessary, we can print the FSC logo on your packaging.
ISO14001 is an international standard that shows the requirements an environmental management system must meet.
We have implemented this management system to focus on the environment in our (daily) business operations. Fulfilling all the applicable requirements of the law, managing the environmental risks and, above all, continuously working towards improving our performance in terms of the environment are our main areas of attention.
